The Director of Planned Giving is a key frontline fundraising position within the Foundation. Reporting to the AVP Philanthropy, the Director will formulate and implement strategies to maximize philanthropic revenues through the full range of planned giving vehicles and instruments. While leading and motivating an effective team of experienced planned giving fundraisers, s/he will also have the opportunity to successfully manage a personal portfolio of individual prospects. The successful candidate will bring a depth of knowledge, best practices, and marketing savvy to the role that will significantly shape and evolve the use of planned giving to impact broader Foundation strategies.
